A PASTRY SHOP ON A SUFFOLK FARM

Pinch us a pastry shop specialising in crullers and gelato. A cruller is a cloud-like doughnut made of deep-fried choux pastry. Our pastries are made using the organic flour, eggs and fruit from Maple Farm, where our cafe is based.

In the warmer months, we serve several flavours of gelato in homemade spelt cones. Our gelato is made using the milk and cream from E.S.Burroughs, a farm on the Suffolk/Norfolk border.

We believe in quality over quantity, which is why we have a limited selection of products to choose from. Please see our menu below.

PINCH 2.0 IS NOW OPEN

We are over the moon to have moved into our new home at Maple Farm, and can’t wait for you all to see it. While we get used to the space and train our team, our offering will remain the same as before.

Gelato and our homemade spelt cones are back on the menu, and pizza BY THE SLICE will be available from the last week of July. We have lots planned for the years ahead, and so much potential in our new kitchen.
